Philosophy
Most problems are misordered decisions.

We optimize before we understand. We build before we choose. We rush toward answers that were never the right questions.
Clarity is not a luxury. It is the foundation. When the sequence is right, effort decreases. When it is wrong, no amount of work can compensate.
The value I offer is not more information. It is space — to think clearly, to see what matters, to decide well.

This work is selective.
It is not coaching, therapy, or motivation.
It is not for borrowed thinking or plug-and-play answers.
It is not for outsourcing responsibility.
It is not for low-stakes or exploratory situations.

About
I am an operator by training, not a coach by trade.
For more than fifteen years, I have worked across strategy, product, monetization, systems, and leadership inside environments where decisions had real consequences. I have led growth, owned outcomes, managed complexity, and carried responsibility at scale.
What connects my work is not a methodology, but a pattern: most problems are not caused by lack of effort or intelligence, but by lack of clarity and correct sequencing.
I am not interested in optimization for its own sake. I am interested in decisions that hold over time.
B-SixTwelve exists for people who already know a great deal, but find themselves at moments where judgment matters more than speed, and clarity matters more than volume.
